IPCC "AppAdmin" Multilevel Administration

Has anyone come up with a solution for multilevel administration in IPCC? I have a client that wants a supervisor to be able change a resources skills but not the ability to shut the engine down, you get the idea.

Hi,

Here are the access privileges in appadmin for different types of users in IPCC Express.

* http:///appadmin - This gives the complete administration of CRS Server using administrator login.

* http:///appsupervisor - Supervisor has access privileges to the following applications

1. Installs Cisco IP ICD Supervisor Desktop

2. View Real Time Reports

3. Installs client-side historical reporting.

*http:///appuser - This gives the CAD download
