IPCC Script Possible?

I need an auto-attendant that plays a message generate via text-to-speech. The message changes frequently and is updated via e-mail remotely. Although Unity offeres text to speech, it is only for subscribers, so this won't work. Anyone know if IPCC be scripted to do this?

CRS/IPCC Express has no ability to process inbound e-mail. You could script a parameter to either read a file with this information or input the parameter for text or a file in APPADMIN. You will need IPCC Express Premium for ASR/TTS.

Now all I need is a third party app to drop the text of an e-mail into a repository for IPCC to read and we're good.
