IPCC Time of Day

I currently have two scripts in IPCC. One recongines the Business Time of Day as 7am-5pm. The other script is using 8am-5pm as the Business time of Day. How to I change the Business time of Day so they both start at 7am and end at 5pm.

If IPCC Enterprise, you could do that in administrative script.

What IPCC do you have, if IPCC Express than you will need to modify the script in order to make the change. Open the script in script editor and locate the "Time of Day" step, right click on it and select properties, you will be able to modify the connection times there. Remember the time is based on your server's time zone.

Got the same problem, but this is not a good way to solve the problem, historical reports, will give you the wrong time in your reports. Isn't it?
