IPCC x Upgrade from 4.0(1) to 4.0(4)

I am going to upgrade my IPCC box fm 4.0(1) to 4.0(4).

Is there any checklist that i need to folow.

Can anyone share his experience about the upgrade..

Also do i need to install only the IPCC 4.0(4) or start from OS and then IPCC ..
