IPCCX 5.x OS fails

Os install fails with the following error

"unable to clearing disk 0, error code 4"

Have any one seen this error before.

Server is MCS 7825 which is DL320 G5 with embedded SATA Raid 1.

Please help us ASAP.

Can you verify which OS you are installing? DL380-G5 requires minimum OS of 2000.4.5 or OS 2003.1.2a.

We resolved it by upgrading the BIOS before TAC called us but Cisoc TAC recommended to remove from KVM switch just to finish the OS install if we still had issues not sure why anyway we are fine now.
