I'm almost convinced this is a bug of some sort...
I have an IPCC Express script (version 4) which uses "get reporting statistics" to show CSQ status in particular "oldest contact" which is really the longest waiting time in queue.
However, I found that particular stat does not show up (stays at 0 even the contact is waiting). Now the moment I launch "real-time reporting" from CRS Admin web interface, the script can read that stat properly.
So it appears the reporting tool kicks off certain aspect of the historic database so that data gets up to date?
Any insight? I'm experimenting with "DB Read" to see if direct access to database will reveal anything...thanks for your thoughts and feedback!
