Hi to all!
I have an issue with some access to write permition from ivr script to network sahred folder witch is mapped to network disk drive.
From Windows respective all persimmons are correct but I start debug in script at write step to network disk an error occurs (user access denied). I can't figure with what user script trying to save. I think that it can be CRSAdministrator, i even change it password to "cisco" with special cisco utility but it doesn't fixed the problem.
Maybe some one had this problem and knows how to fix it?
