I have customers waiting to upgrade to this version. Is this version ready to be upgraded to?

Go to Product Upgrade Tool:

http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/index.jsp

If your contract entitles it, you will be able to request the new 4.0.4 media kit.
