Is Personal Callback possible in UCCX 7.0?

Hi all,

Here is an excerpt from the Cisco Agent Desktop User Guide for UCCX 7.0:

Callbacks can be configured so that, when the call is redialed, the call is directed to any agent (regular callback) or the call is directed to the agent who made the callback reservation (personal callback). The callback type is configured by the administrator at the campaign level and is not controlled by the agent.

So as follows from this excerpt Personal Callback is possible in UCCX 7.0. However I found nothing regarding configuration of Personal CallBack in UCCX docs.

Does anybody know whether Personal Callback is possible in UCCX 7.0?

This is speaking to callbacks for Outbound Campaign calls only. If the caller requests a callback for a call originated from the outbound subsystem this option exists through the extra buttons in CAD that only work for campaign calls.

There is no native callback feature within CCX for any other purpose; although, it is possible with significant assistance from an external application server and an HTTP-triggered script.
