Is QM can use CRX (Calabrio Recording Export Utilities)?

Hi,

I have deploy QM11. My customer need to bulk export files. I have question that can we use CRX (Calabrio Recording Export Utilities) from Calabrio to export files?

Yes you can but the latest version of Calabrio QM is 10.3/10.4 do you mean your on CUCM 11 ? From V10 onwards the export tool is built into the software so you don't need a separate CRX server.

Am currently trying to get CRX working with Calabrio 9.5 and CUCM 11.6 but because we only have TLS 1.2 enabled there is an issue with the ODBC connection from the CRX server to the Calabrio SQL server which Calabrio is looking at.  I dont think the CRX product supports TLS 1.2 possibly.  As Calabrio are wanting us to disable TLS 1.2
