Hello Guys,

I have a UCCX 8.0 with CRS Historical reports running.

When a generated the detailed call by CCDR reports incoming calls from PSTN to Agents " calls are handled with IPCCX extension"

The T+ -- Originator/Destination Type 1 = agent, 2 = device, 3 = unknown .....The destinations always is 3=unknown .

I make a debug voice ccapi inout for follow the flow of the call and is correct --- Nump-exp--------RP-----Agent.

Why all the incoming calls have type 3 code? .Can you help me please?

Thanks.

Hi Carlos,

Looks like that is the normal behaviour.

For the test purpose I fetched the CCDR report from my lab UCCX box,

It displays,

1 for the calls made\received by Agent phones.

2 for the calls made\received by the phones (not agent phones) registered with the CUCM.

3 for the unknown as the CUCM doesn't know these DN's.

Hope it helps.

Anand

Hi Carlos,

Referring to the UCCX db schema guide, on page 23 in the below link,

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_8_5/user/guide/uccx85dbschema.pdf

destinationType

Destination of the call or the leg:

1—Agent. Call presented to an agent.

2—Device. Call presented to a route point.

3—Unknown. Call presented to an outside destination through a gateway or to an unknown device.

Null if no destination.

Hope it helps.

Hello Anand,

Thanks for your reply.

The issue is that an incoming call from pstn hit to the agent (call is presented to agent) and on the reports appears

Unknow? Is a normal behavior?

Cheers
