HI everyone,

i wish to know if it is possible to use  Cisco Unified Contact Center Express in a  firefighter brigate call center.If yes i wish to have some useful exemple and their references.

Without knowing anything about the telephony infrastructure CCX and CCE are great contact center software. You should contact a VAR to help you figure out what is possible for you specific example.
