Hi,
In UCCE setup, normal PSTN call is working fine. However when I am trying to initiate call from CTI Desktop, call is going to run ext script then I can hear the prompt but only for 3 secs.
Please let me know if you need any logs.
Any Idea?

Hi,
so actually you are trying to place a call from a CTI OS Desktop with an agent logged in, to a CTI Route point mapped to a ICM script which then sends the call to an external IVR app?
Is it IP IVR or CVP? Did you check the logs there?

Thanks for your reply, The issue is resolved now. The issue was due to codec issue.
