JTapi user limit in CCM for IPCC enterprise ICM

IS there a device limit or some sort of Records limit for adding new devices to a JTAPI user record? I have a JTAPI User that associates to the PG's and one of my users has 49 pages of entries and I have been adding more and more and I never see that Page increase. I have also had to readd multiple devices to that user since I noticed that the page was not increasing. It seems like existing Devices are dropping off association when I add new ones... Any Ideas on the limit of devices or records that can be associated to a JTAPI user. We are running IPCC Enterprise 5 and CCM 3.3.3. We cant go to CCM 4.0+ yet because IPCC 5 does not support it.

Looks like there is a limitation for adding devices to the JTAPI record as per the known issue CSCdv01409.

We've got exactly the same configuration and the same issue. TAC currently investigating. However we are not AD integrated as mentioned in the bug ref (CSCdv01409).

Hello Tech101,

Do you even have AD running stand alone on the call managers? or are you running DC Directory on your call managers. Our AD is not fully integrated with our Network AD. Cisco gave me a BUG ID and I have checked with all of our Cisco Engineers and account managers and they have all said that its a bug that will be fixed in 5.0. We are going to either have to revert to DC directory which I dont want to do or add a second JTAPI user and second PIM on our ICM to make this work. When we have done this I will post our results.
