Thanks for the Reply Jose, So I am able to have the softphone and deskphone control working on my windows XP machine.. However, on any wimdows 7 machine, I can have Cucimoc Control the IP deskphone, but the Softphone never gets registered.....
Not sure if this has been answered but In Call Manager you can set the synchronization schedule for LDAP, I only have it sync once a night so it always says disconnected.
Well When I try to make a call from CUCIMOC by dragging the contact to the phone, Call manager isnt appending a 9 to get out so the call fails. Calling the persons extension number works fine.,. what am I missing..
