Not really; there are the 10 custom vars plus 'account number' and 'cust entered digits'. You can insert multiple 'tokens' to each one, so the var becomes several items split by '|' by default. THis may limit what you can do in terms of screen pops and so on.
Generally if you need more data for the Agent, then it's best to suppy a 'key' i.e. account number, and pop that into another app or a CAD-embedded web page that returns other data.
