License issue after incremental UCCX upgrade

I just upgraded UCCX Enhanced from version 10.6.1.10000-39 to 10.6.1.11001-31. I'm getting an error on the login page saying "License Warning: Some/All of Temporary/Invalid License expires in 59day(s).Please refer to License Display page for more information.". The License page does not indicate that anything is wrong. Do I have to rehome licenses for this upgrade?

It looks like that your License MAC had changed and system us running in Grace period (there will not be any issue of course for next 60 days). Contact Cisco Licensing Team (licensing@cisco.com) and provide them with your current License MAC from Primary UCCX server, issue show status command to check that. Also provide them with your old License MAC that you can get by going to system >> License >> Display License Information and then from the Drop down look at your License File that should have the MAC in it.

Ideally, the License MAC should/does not change because of the upgrade unless you have made changes to one of below but anyways as mentioned above, contact Cisco Licensing Team and they will help you in rehosting the License against your new License MAC. Contact TAC front line in case you want to do this on an urgent basis

•Time zone

•NTP server 1 (or "none")

•NIC speed (or "auto")

•Hostname

•IP Address (or "dhcp")

•IP Mask (or "dhcp")

•Gateway Address (or "dhcp")

•Primary DNS (or "dhcp")

•SMTP server (or "none")

•Certificate Information (Organization, Unit, Location, State, Country)

Note: Once you get the License file, feel free to upload them even in Production Hours as it does not impact anything.

Thanks for the response. Also, I found out that this can be done from the licensing portal.

Meanwhile, self-serve is available on License Registration Portal to manage/download/resend/re-host your existing license:     

- Under “Manage”, go to “Devices”, then “Add Device” (if not already added.)    

 - Select the device, then “Actions” then select the required function.
