I have a customer who's ordering CUWL pro for all their users, but they want premium UCCX and high availability. Do I just need an upgrade part number for the seats (ie, for 25 users, a STD to PRE seat upgrade license?) If so, anyone know a part number for the 7.0 CCX STD to PRE upgrade?

Similarly, would HA need any special part number due to the CUWL?

Hi James,

When you order CUWL pro, you get CCX Standard. For additional agents, upgrade to other flavor and HA, you need to use al-a-carte ordering.

Attached is a sample bom for your reference. You first need to upgrade 25 agents from standard to premium and then you need to add HA.

Use the CCX ordering tool to generate the BoM as required.
