Login and Logout profile showing error in Cisco HRS

Hello Experts,

I have a issue with Historical report in CCX , when i am trying to get login and logout report summary it showing error and other reports are working fine.Any one having idea why its happening like this. Is this report related to any specific thing. What should i check?

In logs i can see this

-UNK:Database Error | A runtime error occurred while executing the query. Please check log for more details

Hi Deepak,

But issue with only one report that is login and logout summary.
