Hi Experts,
I am facing issue with Supervisor when supervisor try to live monitoring and click for any call it goes to one agent and on screen it shows to agent call is monitor. As in configuration i did not find anything like this suddenly it starts can someone help me is it bug or any config error.

Post a screenshot of the issue supervisor is facing there while monitoring the agent.
