Login failed for user "name" - Connecting SQL Server CCX

Hi folks...

My customer has a CCX 7.x..

I created a new user in windows CCX server today for to connect my pc in the CCX SQL server 2000 ...

I have installed in my pc the SQL Enterprise Manager...

The message error complete is:

10.47.1.127\CRSSQL - Login failed for user "CRSAdministrator". Reason : not a associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

UCCX 7 uses Windows authentication. So, you Windows login has to match the UCCX Windows login in order to be able to access the database. Since 7.0(1)SR4, UCCX supports mixed mode authentication. So, you can get around this.
