Long Reserved state in the UCCX 12.5

Hello

We're observing on our UCCX 12.5 very long Reserved state (about 20 seconds) and during this time the client is waiting for the response of the operator on the other side (previously the system was in this status for about 1 second)

Please tell me what could be wrong and how to troubleshoot it?

Are you calling any sub-flows in the CCX script? If so, the interrupt that happens when an agent becomes available might not be happening. Another possibility is dial plan overlap with the agent extensions. If you have a test phone that has the same CSS as the CTI ports being used (NOT the same CSS as the CTI route point), is there a delay when you dial the agent extension?
