We have set up Razor SQL to reach the uccx informix db and run a Stored Procedure report (CUIC historical report provided the stored procedure).
We would like some vbscript or some script to run this report automatically each night. No manual intervention to run the report.
Anyone using some type of script to make this run automatically or an ideas ?
Once we get the report each night, we are going to ship it off to another server to be combined with other statistics to give an entire view of the Agents activities.
