Hi,
System: CUCM 10.5 UCCX 10.0 MediaSense 10.5
User: Cisco Windows Jabber 10.5, CIPC 8.5.4, Cisco IP Phone
I was following the guide to know how to allow MediaSense to record calls for uccx agents, I made that part for CM configuration, but I wonder how will I allow the devices to be recorded? and how to play them back again?
can you please share the steps to configure Phones and DN to be recorded, and play the call back again?

Hi,
kindly find the below steps
1-enable Built-in-bridge in the phone configuration.
2-create route pattern pointing to media sense Trunk
3- configure Recording profile
4- Enable Recoding in the DN level.
5- associate DN with recording profile

Hi Mohamed,
you need to enable built-in-bridge in phone level, and associate recording profile and enable recording in DN level.
for playback https://<hostname>:8440/mediasense
Try it, it will work

Thanks for your reply.
I already finished that part before. But I wonder if there is something to enable from the device level (plus BIB)? or it is just for DN ?
also for playback, the user guide is talking about built in playback tool, do you know how to get that?
