HI,
Mediasense can not access web search and play, I see the log request time out, but the recording is still working.
I use CLI command : "show status"
Disk/active 19930380K 1868872K 17857692K (91%)
Disk/inactive 19930316K 3076352K 16650148K (85%)
Disk/logging 82438768K 1271936K 76972532K (99%)
Is this a problem ? and how to delete old logs ?
Thanks.

Hi there
I am curios to know if the timeout hits when you search the archive directory. Then I guess you will be hitting the bug
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvh60002
MediaSense: Search & Play Timeout on Archive Directory
CSCvh60002
Description
Symptom:
When the Archive directory has a lot of recordings the Search & Play query will timeout.
Conditions:
Observed on systems where 30,000+ recordings are in the target directory.
Workaround:
Navigate to the directory on the SFTP server and find a valid sessionID, and use that as search criteria in MediaSense. That process may or may not return the relevant recording. Should that search resolve successfully, subsequent searches on participantID, in that directory, are typically seen to resolve.
Hope this Helps
Cheers
Rath!
