Anyone knows if Menu in queue can work with PCCE 11.5
The customer is basically looking to enable a menu with DTMF options so the customer can listen and chooses from while waiting in queue and without de-qeueing him.

How would this be different than playing music in queue and then offering a prompt for the caller to do something else and leave a message for instance? It just needs to be interruptible if an agent becomes available.

I don't do PCCE, only UCCE - but I cannot imagine that you cannot do this.
"Press 1 to leave a voice mail or stay on the line for the next available agent". Has to be one of the most common things we implement.
Unlike Bill I never make these interruptible. I just don't like the user experience of CVP interrupting my menu. Just make it super short - 3-4 seconds.
