Microsoft CRM CallConnector

Hi, I would like to integrate Microsoft CRM with CUCM and UCCX.

I read about Unified CallConnector but I was not able to find out any requirements or compatibility matrix about it, so any answer/link to documentation about it will be appreciated.

I have had  a long case on this, while it isn't listed UCCX 8.X is supported. The connector itself is free application. You need to have UCCX PRE and that's it. CRM 2011 is not supported at this time

This is an old link but the process is still the same. If you have UCCX you don't need TAPI
