Missing No ICD Extension Button in Callmanager

I have a co-resident IPCC express (4.0.3) with CallManager 4.2 (new install). Currently, the "No ICD Extension" button does not appear in the CallManager to allow me to create agents for the IPCC Express.

Setup: IPCX 4.0.3, CCM4.2 and Active Directory

I have found a doc for version 3 but nothing for my version 4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Found a solution that worked with some tweaking...

Your script should be similiar to mine; with the correct ciscobase entries.

dn: cn=System Profile, ou=systemProfile, ou=CCN, ou=Cisco, dc=sakapur, dc=cisco, dc=com

changeType: modify

replace: ciscoCCNatIAQFlag

ciscoCCNatIAQFlag : true

Thank you for this. You saved me a TAC case. We recently installed a second IPCC Express system that didn't have the ICD option. Our first IPCC express system did have the ICD option. After installing the second system, we could no longer define any ICD extensions. Really annoying, but the fix is easy.
