We have installed CRA 3.3.1 on CCM 3.3.5 using the Cisco Extended Services and AA CD that comes with CCM 3.3(3). CRA Admin Main menu does not have Scripts menu item which should allow us to upload customer made scripts. Pls let us know how we can modify the Cisco build in AA.aef to accomadate a language selection. We have the CRAeditor to modify the AA.aef but can not upload this.
Please note that the requirement is to modify aa.aef to suppress the dial by name option. Can we modify and upload the script using the CRA installed through Extended services or do we need any license or full IP IVR software.

You can not edit the script with the extended services CRA. You are correct as far as needing the licensed version. However, I have heard of a way to "hack" it. Not sure how to do it, maybe do some search on netpros.
