Hello, I changed the MoH on CUCMBE with a custom file and it works fine for regular calls.I need the same file to play when callers are on the UCCX queue. i loaded the file on the prompt management ,in my script i have a queue hold prompt and i specify that as well with no luck. any idea on how to change the default MoH when the call is on queue?

Did you refresh the script and application after uploading the new script? If you do a reactive debug do you see it hitting the prompt you are trying to play?

Yes I did, and the script plays fine, just when the call is in the queue the default cisco MoH plays instead of the new one.

It's fixed, I specify the audio file i want to play on the CTI Line.
