Hello its possible to monitor NON ACD calls on Cisco Finesse?
UCCX 11.6.1.10000-51 (ES02-24)
Right now we can monitor ACD Calls, and NON ACD outbound calls from the agents.
We cannot monitorsNON ACD Inbound calls
