Multi level Access (MLA) for IPCC Express

Hi,

Similar to Multi level access ( MLA ) feature available in Call Manager, is there a feature available in IPCC Express 3.X / IPIVR 3.X using which we can provide restricted access to IPCC Express / IPIVR admin pages ? If not will future releases have this feature enabled.

Hi,

There are three different URLs to access CRA Web Page

http:///appadmin - This gives the complete administration of CRS Server using administrator login.

http:///appsupervisor - Supervisor has access privileges to

the following applications

1. Installs Cisco IP ICD Supervisor Desktop

2. View Real Time Reports

3. Installs client-side historical reporting.

http:///appuser - This gives the CAD download.

Based on the requirement, corresponding URL has to be used.

Thanks for your response.I am aware of these three URLs.What I was looking for was a feature similar to MLA in call Manager for the APPADMIN so that we can provide restricted access to APPADMIN page.

Pls let me know whether this is possible.
