Multilanguage based Ivr script

Hi,

I have IPCCE 7.0 setup with IP/IVR 7.0. Currently setup is running with single language option but there is requirement for one other regional language option for callers. Nuance ASR also being used for voice recognition.

Should we use the same script with different language prompt seprately and run that script on the basis of caller language option or we can work

with IF pallete in the same script for other language.

Which would be better way to work with.

My personal preference is to have separate scripts for each language.  Mainly because there are small differences where some language isn't used or some is and you need to make an exclusion just for Spanish or Mandarin.  My 2 cents.
