we are trying to download the APIs for CUCM, however we are not able to do that, when I click on the link, it prompts "page not available".
We have implemented FAC for PSTN calls, when the users dials the number and CUCM prompts please enter authorization code, after that it stays for less than 1 sec, and then the call get disconnected.
If I remove FAC the calls are working fine.

I have got the Image from Cisco "JabberGuest-22.214.171.124.ova", I have downloaded "JabberGuest-126.96.36.199-Upgrade-Only.iso" from Cisco, however it seems to be only the upgrade ISO and not the new installation....
