i used CRA 3.5(3) for auto attendent and when i replaced redirect step(if caller dialed 0 to go to operator) with place call (this changes to comply with customer requirment)and when the destination pattern dialed the caller did not hear anything(silent no ring back tone),i am sure that CTI port that make call have Music on Hold for network and user that customized with ring back tone(this ring back tone workuing if i used it in select resource and call moved to agent)So where is the parameter that define music on hold when using Place Call

I don't think Music on Hold applies to the Place Call step, because Place Call is creating a new call. Music on Hold applies to existing calls when they are either transfered or placed on Hold.
Here is an alternate way. I am thinking this will work, never tried though.
1. Just above the "Place Call" step, use the "Call Hold " step. This would put the call on hold.
2. Within the Place call step, under each option (Successful, No Answer, Busy etc), add the "Call UnHold" step to take the call off hold.

this can solve the problem of ring back tone but i faced another problem that there is system error messag said to called party , i am sure that Place call parameter is
Destination is intend called number,
RNA is 20 second
Call control Group id =2 is the same ID of Group port ID in JATAPI which is 2 that used for this application.
Primary Dialoge Group ID is the same ID of Cisco Media Termination Dialog Group ID (both are assigned to one),
Secondary Dialoge Group ID is the same ID of Cisco Media Termination Dialog Group ID(both are assigned to two),.
Call Contact i creat new one with name CallContact with null vale (default value)

When you say there is a System Error Message, do you mean that the caller hears the message "You call cannot be completed ....." or is the script giving you an error and not processing the call.

the called party hears the system error recording and then call dropped.
