Need assistance with custom UCCX Script

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get some assistance setting up a script for our sales and support group. There is one main dial in number, but two CSQ's (one for Sales and the other for Support).

HI,

I am trying to download your attachment but it gives an error.

for your requiremet, what kind of queue need, resource group or skilled based ?

you need to create a menu, for example " for sales press 1, for support press 2", for each branch you need to create select resource step. create CSQ on UCCX and assign agents to each CSQ.
