Need help on IPCC EXP

Hi.

I have requirement for the customer, customer wants when ever there is no body logged into the particular que, it should trigger a mail to IPCC admin. pls let me know how to configure it. Customer is using IPCC EXP 4.X and .CCM 4.X

In your script, you could do a "Get reporting statistic" to pull the amount of agents logged in. Do an If/Then so that if agents logged in = 0, set up the proper email steps to notify the IPCC admin.

Thank u chad. It was very useful. i want to have some more info, like when the call comes to the particular que, if there is no agent log in, it will trigger a mail to admin if the email step is configured in the script. is it right? if you have any script with this option, pls attach it. But let me know whether above is correct.I am rating ur answer aswell.
