Need to create a dbuser with readonly access similar to uccxhrcuser

Hi Guys,

Please help on creating a dbuser which will have only read only access to db_cra tables so we can use that user name to pull report.

Please note there is no way possible to create any user other than what system provides i.e., uccxhruser and uccxwallboard user to pull the information from db_cra tables. There two users should be good enough to pull anything that you want and there is really no need for any other user.

Please note uccxhrc is an internal user that should only be used by UCCX to connect internally to the historical database. If any third party client needs to connect to the historical database to do any sort of custom reporting then use uccxhruser and the password for this can be set from

Cisco Unified CCX Administration >> Tools >> Password Management and set the password for Historical Reporting user then
