NEED TO RESET MY LOGIN PASSWORD

WHEN MY COMPUTER WAS UPDATED NOT EVERYTHING GOT TRANSFERED TO MY COMPUTER.  I AM UNABLE TO SIGN IN WITH MY PASSWORD THAT I HAD SET UP.  PLEASE HELP
