Hi,
we have a issue in our environment where in finesse servers are gradually slowing down and causing latency in responding to requests and we found out that this is due to the network transfers that the agents are initiating, so we want to know if finesse support network transfers,
we have our app initiating network transfers and we can see that the total number of active calls doesn't decrease after the transfer has been completed, this is causing finesse to gradually increase the total actives calls in memory and significant dip in performance.
please help us in resolving this issue,
