New users are not showing in UCCX Weekly report

Two new users are not showing up on the Weekly UCCX report. We are running version 11.5.

Any instruction would be most helpful.

The report is called VSM Ready Percentage.

Is this a customized report ? Are you using any crystal reporting ?

Whats the UCCX version ? can you see the agents in realtime reporting ?

Hi,

Agents can be seen in realtime monitoring. UCCX Version is 11.5. Not sure if this is a customized report, but same people appear in other reports.
