Have configured Finesse IP Phone Agent. Everything works etc.. however I do not receive Call Variable data. I do receive call variable data on the actual Finesse Web Client, so I know data is there to the presented.
Through the Finesse IPPA Agent I can also select Wrap up codes etc..
I keep getting this error, seems to refresh constantly. "Phone URL authentication username or password is incorrect in the IP Phone Agent settings. Contact your administrator.”
I did check out the wiki URL on http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Finesse_IPPA:_No_call_variables_appear_due_to_Phone_URL_authentication_error, I have double checked username, roles and passwords.. all seem to be correct.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this issue.
