% of Logged in Agents for Outbound cannot change

Hi,

I'm having problem of changing the % of Logged in Agents for Outbound whether i decrease or increase the percentage it always turning back to the default value. But on the other fields when i changed it, it is updating. I don't know why the % of Logged in Agents for Outbound is not updating. Any inputs why i can't change it?

Hi

I raised a TAC case for this once... which was embarassing.

But since then I've seen a few people doing what I did on here that makes me feel better :-)

The % is set per-CSQ, so you have to select a CSQ first, then set the % for that CSQ, then click Update.

Then repeat for other CSQs, if you have them.

Not a great UI!
