Been awhile since I posted on this forum. I wrote a pretty in depth post on how to build your own Hammer on top of Twilio. I personally used it for testing out new UCCE / CVP env but you could also use it just for normal voice. Check it out here and let me know if you try using it at all!

Know it's been a while, real nice article, came up in a Google search.
I was going to pull it together but the boss put the squeeze on and I ended up going with ETS Lite by Occam Networks (https://www.occam.global), was pretty neat, but I'll certainly bookmark this to try soon.
