One error in creating customer historical report in CRA 3.1

HI all

Following the step in the CRA historical report developer guide 3.1 , I created one customer report using the SQL stored procedure. When I used the CRA historical report client to creat a report , it reported the error "the query engineer error ". I used the stored procedure provided by CISCO and following the step to creat report.I failed again and displayed the same error. Why and how to solve the question?
