Outbound call flow via script in UCCE

Please can anyone help me to unerstand the outbound call flow using a script in UCCE

What are you referring to? Outbound option aka dialer?

Typically when agents make an outbound call they're not using a UCCE script.

Its the outbound script from phonebook in finesse.By selecting the outbound
script it will play the ivr to punch in the finesse keypad and then it will
dial the number .

I'm sorry but still not following. The Finesse phonebook is just a bunch of numbers for the phone to dial (918005551212 for instance). It dials what is programmed in the entry. There's no UCCE scripting required. I'm sorry if I'm not following your question.
