What are you referring to? Outbound option aka dialer?
Typically when agents make an outbound call they're not using a UCCE script.

I'm sorry but still not following. The Finesse phonebook is just a bunch of numbers for the phone to dial (918005551212 for instance). It dials what is programmed in the entry. There's no UCCE scripting required. I'm sorry if I'm not following your question.
