OutBound Dialer 7.2.7 Timezone Issues

Currently having an issue were we have 2 phone #'s listed in differant timezones and the dialer is dialing the phone number in the time zone that is not scheduled to be dialed. I have already confirmed that my GMT times are set correct and the dialer detail shows that if should have dialed the number in the current timezone.

What time zone is your central controller in and what time zone are you numbers in?

The issue we ran into is a documented bug CSCsm30857, which states that if you have phone 1 & phone 2 conifgured to be dialed. The dialer will always choose the timezone of phone 1. Which in this case was causing the customers to be dialed at an earlier time then scheduled. This can really become a problem if you have customer whos clients are using differant area code  numbers as a home phone and business phone. After speaking with Cisco TAC, BU is looking into a possible enhancement request that could or might be released in some version of ICM 8.X
