We are seeing a delay of over 3 minutes in the outbound dialer for each call to presented to a ready agent in the outbound preview dialer with UCCX 5.0
Agents see this when they go from Work to Ready. We have confirmed that there are records in the database and that the agent is Ready and is a member of the campaign CSQ.

This should be equal to 0.

Hi,
I am running the same problem on my server 7.0 (1) sr4. The delay is two short between outbound calls, is-it possible to 3 minutes before make an outbound call.
