Hi,
I am facing problem with outbound dialer. I am using IVR based campaign but my dialer not working. Ports are showing register and
ready. In dumplog of dialer it is showing that "admin script providing invalid outbound variable value, assuming inbound".
Dumplog and admin script are attached.
Please let me know what mistake i have done.

The logs show that you have a problem with some ports , are you sure that all ports and ready , can you see it on the dialer bar ?

I don't see anything wrong in the second logs , did you configure the translation route to CVP ? and did you configure the routing script ?

Hi Amer,
We are using dialer for IP/IVR campaign only. Since we using system ipcc so we don't need to configure translation route.
yes i have configure routting script but we are recieving any hit on routing script as well.

Then in this case , can we check the campaign manager log , can you dump the log when you ulpoad the campaign from campaign manager, i think there is something wrong with the uploader since you are not hitting any thing on the script.

Let me ask the obvious
Do you create the admin script and set the oubound variable to 100%?
Do you test your ports with the test tool in order to see if they are able to call outside?
