We are using outbound option dialer to call customers based on imported list of phone numbers.
In the dialer configuration, the option exists to prepend a 1 to numbers that are not in the area codes listed in the "Local Area Codes" box.
The problem is, we have customers that are in the local area code, but are long distance. These numbers need to have a 1 prepended, but i don't see a way to do this in UCCE.
Any ideas on how to deal with this?
